All information is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing. All pictures, descriptions and items are presented in as much detail and acuracy as possible. All purchases are made at your own risk, and we will do our best to fullfill every order.

Shipping and Delivery

If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equivalent to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method. While we aim to provide you with an accurate estimate of shipping times and costs, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds

 

For all online purchases, no exchanges will be accepted, we only offer refunds (except for shipping costs).

We accept refund requests on our site for products that meet one of the following requirements:

the item is broken
the item is not as described
the item is the wrong size
you have changed your mind

Refund requests can be made within 30 days of receiving your goods.

Refunds do not apply to the following products/services:

Tires and tubes
Food
Used items
Items that are no longer in their original packaging
Items discounted by 35% or more

Returns

Returns can be made in person at the following locations: At our boutique at 710 St-Joseph Boulevard or by mail.

Here is the procedure to follow to return your items by mail:
Before returning your item, you must contact us so that we can send you a return number. Vélozophie does not assume any return shipping costs EXCEPT in the case of an error on our part or if the item was damaged during shipping.

Limitation of liability

Vélozophie Inc. or one of its employees will be held responsible for any problem arising from this site. However, Vélozophie Inc. and its employees will not be held responsible for any problems arising from any improper use of this site.

Indemnity

As a user, you hereby indemnify Vélozophie Inc. from and against any and all liability, costs, causes of action, damages or expenses arising out of your use of this site or your breach of any of the provisions set forth herein.
